Staying here was a fantastic experience! The charming atmosphere is very Italian, and the breakfasts were absolutely divine. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore. The staff, especially Barbara and Monica, went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. There were a few minor issues, but the management handled them swiftly, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's definitely a place I would recommend for anyone visiting Florence.
